All right, I got some questions.
What's better on Rhyperior; Earthquake or Focus Punch?
Should Roserade know Hidden Power or Leech Seed?
Who should I breed Roserade with to get Sleep Powder?
How would I get a Chansey to know Seismic Toss?
Who should I breed Infernape with to get Blaze Kick?
Who should I breed with Eevee to get Wish?

Earthquake I suppose. Since Infernape's packing Close Combat, Focus Punch isn't needed.
Should Roserade know Hidden Power or Leech Seed?
Hidden Power for weakness coverage. Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock takes care of extra damage already.
Who should I breed Roserade with to get Sleep Powder?
Bulbasaur, Oddish, Bellsprout, Exeggcute, Tangela, a whole variety of Grass types get Sleep Powder.
How would I get a Chansey to know Seismic Toss?
FR/LG or Emerald Move Tutor.
Who should I breed Infernape with to get Blaze Kick?
Blaziken.
And we also have...
FoxyGramps5543 (12:32:49 AM): Who would I breed with Umbreon to get wish?
Togetic (Lv. 28), then pass to Pikachu, then pass to Eevee.

Roserade (F) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 24 HP / 232 Spd / 252 Sp. Atk
Timid Nature (+Stat, -Stat)
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power (Fire)
- Sludge Bomb
- Sleep Powder
Roserade is a horrible lead unless it's Scarfed, but even then there are better choices. Toxic Spikes is lol. Don't use it unless you are combining it with Sandstorm.
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 152 HP / 252 Def / 104 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Softboiled
- Seismic Toss
- Ice Beam
- Aromatherapy
Stealth Rock is better used on a Pokemon that actually has room for it. No Ice Beam = Garchomp rape.
Also, Max Defense seriously.
Infernape (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Stat, -Stat)
- Swords Dance
- Blaze Kick
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
'Kay.
Slowbro (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 212 HP / 216 Def / 80 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Slack Off
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Psychic
Did you just C+P your Blissey EVs onto it? Anyways, Max HP. May want HP Electric over CM for Gyarados.
Rhyperior (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -Sp.Atk)
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
If Infernape is your physical sweeper, then make this your physical wall.
Umbreon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 212 HP / 176 Def / 120 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Mean Look
- Baton Pass
- Wish
- Taunt
Umbreon is pretty much useless in D/P. Lolz, I can TrapPass ohshi- here comes a counter, I can't do anything!
Gyarados pretty much gives this team major problems since it sets up easily on Umbreon/Blissey and the only supereffective attacks you have are on Pokemon that can't switch into it. HP Electric Slowbro solves this sorta.
Heracross also ruins this team, Choice Scarfed or Choice Banded. CBTar as well.
Umbreon is your weak link since it just donesn't do anything except WishPass, which doesn't even matter since you have two other Pokemon with healing moves anyways. Roserade is also pretty meh. Those two can definitely use some replacing.

I think your right, too much work just getting Wish for all that work. What do you recommend as a replacement? For Roserade too?

i think roserade is fine, but i agree on umbreon. i find swords dance on rhyperior a little out of a frame for its use.

Should I keep substitute?
Who should replace Umbreon?
