porygon- ice beam for dark pulse

blissey- counter for aromatherapy, flamethrower for ice beam.

skarmory- toxic for drill peck. i'm not so sure about feather rest/roost on it, but i can't think of a better replacement on the top of my mind (Stealth Rock from skarmory is way more promising than Rhyperior).

cresselia- you're demented. anywho, NO for charge beam, switch for thunder wave. instead of ice beam, i'd just go with psychic for the STAB. on the other hand, it's more a defensive poke with a good speed for the paralyze. you may as well put all sp atk EVs into speed and even more from HP. then to compliment that, switch psychic for something like protect or light screen or maybe even lunar dance if you want to give Rhyperior some support.

rhyperior-stealth rock for swords dance. EVs are fine.

maybe you should go for another sweeper. you only have two, and one is slow.
