No. There is no WiFi capability with FRLG or RSE with the DS. It only works with the crappy DP. There is a wireless connector for FRLG and Emerald, but that doesn't work for the DS either. You should have stuck with the PSP.

BTW - Questions like this should be asked in the Simple Questions thread at the top of the page.

so you need to have the gameboy advance to use it that is so lame why couldnt they just put a regular usb port on top of ds and actually i am glad i got a ds it is way better than the psp

Because then you wouldn't have to buy something else.

You are the very first person I have ever heard that prefers the DS to the PSP.

why the psp has no good games only like four good games and those are the gta games, ratchet and clank:size matters, untold legends: warriors code, and metal gear portable ops. thats it the graphics are good but i would rather play like a million really fun games on the ds the four with good graphics on the psp. UMD discs are really bad like horrible sony actually regrets using them i like how you can listen to music and watch tv on it but who wants to listen to music on a thing the size of psone remake..... nobody the internets cool but the ds will have that in about a month so it is way better

Well, I don't want to turn this into a DS vs. PSP discussion on a Pokemon board. I will say that you are totally entitled to your own opinion, but you are obviously missing out on the full functionality of the PSP if you only think there are 4 good games for it and that the graphics are good.

To each their own. I hope you enjoy your DS to the fullest.
