mmk the following are just my suggestions. note that i've never played NetBattle.
infernape: bulk up is a no no on him, especially if you're going to teach him Close Combat. since break break is a definite NO, that means you go with Close Combat, which means NO to Bulk Up. so i, of course, would say to go with Flare Blitz as well. also, you may want to consider Earthquake just as much as Thunder Punch.
roserade: just about what my roserade has minus the shadow ball. if you're going to run e-ball, sludge bomb and shadow ball (straight sp sweeping), then i suggest you use sleep powder for the set-up for others on your team, or to force a switch.
lucario: i'm not so sure about Calm Mind. the only thing calm mind will save him from is Flamethrower. but we'll have to see on that... umm Aura Sphere, okay. Luster Cannon, sure it has STAB, but steel types are so stinkah at covering types. so NO to luster cannon. the rest... i have no idea. pairing Dark Pulse with Psychic and Aura Sphere is smart, but having Dragon Pulse might come in more handy than ya know. lucario just learns too many moves =/
weavile: i see nothing wrong with it.
rhyperior: trying to provide it with speed by ITSELF is the most silliest thing evar. even with rock polish, it's still going to be way too slow. ni won't forget to mention that if you waste one simple turn with rhyperior with rock polish, your opponent will switch in for a nice Energby Ball or Surf right in the pooper. of course, you'd switch as well, but that'd be a complete waste afterall. so yah, get rid of rock polish and consider snow slide or maybe even stealth rock for those who think they're clever.
electivire: i'm not a fan of cross chop myself, but to each his own. i'm not a fan of electivire to be honest lol, so i really can't give you any more of a suggestion than i already have.
umm that whole team is full of sweepers. maybe you want to put some support up for your team... like someone w/rapid spin, light screen, and reflect? claydol is the best person i can think of for that. Heal Block is being looked down on, but i'm really looking forward to running a Claydol with Light Screen/Reflect/Rapid Spin/Heal Block.
your other "team"... i dunno. that's the problem with D/P. too many viable options. by the looks, you are trying to run teams with only NEW pokemon. and btw, all those are sweepers (some semi). you really need to look into strategizing a lot more.

Team 1:
Infernape
Flare Drive
Thunder Punch
Close Combat
Swords Dance
or
Nasty Plot
Grass Knot
Flamethrower
Close Combat
OR
Flamethrower
Close Combat
Stone Edge
Grass Knot
mixed sweeping.
Roserade
Energyball
Sludgebomb
Shadowball
Sleep Powder
Lucario
Calm Mind
Aura Sphere
Shadow Ball
Dragon Pulse/Luster Cannon

Close Combat
Dark Pulse
Stone Edge/Earthquake
Dragon Pulse
another mixed sweeper. remember, no matter what, his base attack will be 110, and that's high enough to save yourself in a tight situation. that gives you more options.
Weavile
Swords Dance
Ice Punch
Night Slash
Brick Break
Rhyperior
Megahorn
Earthquake
Arm Hammer/Crunch/Avalanche
Stone Edge
or
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Sleep Talk
Rest
i don't know where you got this from... but NO.
Electivire
Ice Punch
Cross Chop
Thunderbolt
Earthquake
crunch to hurt ghosts and avalanche for, especially, going up against dragons. arm hammer will do i suppose.

I'd rather not mix sweep with them....it's confusing.
I was either gonna lower Sp Atk or Atk in EVs and Nature.
Also, for Rhydon....he's a good attacking wall.
So with rest and sleep talk....it's really good.

mixed sweeping gives you a lot of options, and also helps you if you are up against certain walls. something like Close Combat is definitely preferable on Infernape, but not when you're up against something like Rhyperior. so you have Grass Knot at your rescue. mixed sweeping gives you more options, and works just fine on Infernape... Lucario, i take back Close Combat. Aura Sphere is definitely the way to go, but you NEED Stone Edge.

What's wrong with Infernape's and Lucario's Power Up moves?
Also, do you think that Rest + Sleep Talk would be good with Rhyperior?

I personally use the *Nasty Plot ~ Infernape build. His nature is <Hasty : +Spd / -Def> i think.
There's nothing wrong with the physical one either. *Thunder Punch or *Stone Edge should be the 3rd attack there. (Fight) + (Ground) kind of steps on each others toes too much and leave you vulnerable to (Flying). *Thunder Punch if you are Gyaranoid or want better Accuracy / PP. *Stone Edge for more pop.
(I like *Thunder Punch ~ especially InGame.)

I use a utility Roserade on my team with *(Grass/Poison) Special Attack / *Sleep Powder / *Leech Seed / *Aromatherapy. You can use *Stun Spore > *Sleep Powder if you haven't gotten a Bellsprout yet.
You can stick with AOA - I'm just throwing my 2 cents in. If you are going Special Sweeper though you might want to try *Rain Dance + *Weather Ball to give your team a (Water) attack and help protect against (Fire) attacks.

I like a ChoiceBand Rhyperior. It seems weird at first because he's slow but what he lacks in Speed he makes up for in being able to eat hits. Especially with 'Solid Rock'. He also has one of the best Choice Movepools i've ever seen.
* Earthquake
* Rock Slide
* Megahorn
* Avalanche
That suffiently scares the crap out of all the big boys because they are all +100 on a large Attack stat ~ x1.5 ChoiceBand.
*Avalanche will always go second and for what you need it for it will be x4 anyway.

Weavile is fine ~ Just give him *Pursuit when you go to WiFi.
I agree with Samson that Electivire definitely should be packing *Thunderbolt and a <-Def or -Sdf> nature.

Lastly on team strategy i think you should lose Lucario because 3 other pokes on your team use (Fight) attacks. <Infernape / Weavile / Electivire>
You could really use a Special Sweeper / Bulky Water type.
Since you are utilizing Roserade in a Special Sweeper mold maybe you should try a Bulky Water that can offer team support. I think that Vaporeon could work pretty well in this team.
Vaporeon w/Leftovers
'Water Absorb' : Gains 1/4 HP if hit by (Water) attack.
<Bold : +Def / -Att>
* Surf
* Toxic
* Haze
* Wish
I personally like the Sub Passing set but only Infernape would benefit on this team so i went with a more supportive build. *Toxic to deal with other Bulky Waters. *Haze to stop setups. *Wish because it helps everything.
If you don't like this there's plenty of other options like Swampert / Slowbro / Milotic / etc.

The problem with the Nasty Plot Infernape is that it also has Close Combat. If you're going to work so hard at getting its Special Defense high, there's no reason to crap all out by using a Physical move.
For Roserade, I prefer Toxic over Sleep Powder, but in your case you'd probably want to stick with Sleep Powder.
You kill me with Lucario. Bulk it up one way or the other and adapt to that.
-No comment on Weavile or Rhyperior-
Head back to Thunder Punch for Electivire, with all those physical moves.
I have to say, your team is dominated offensively, try putting in smething like Blissey or Umbreon.

I'm switching out Infernape for Gliscor with Knock Off, Roost, Aerial Ace and Earthquake.

I think you are missing the point when it comes to *Close Combat.
The fact that it's Physical is what makes it so good. Let me ask you this...
When you use *Nasty Plot ~ What is the number one poke you are hoping they don't switch in?
Answer: Blissey
Well would you look at that. *Close Combat aka "Death to Blissey" is sitting right there to clear the way. I see how you want the whole build to have Synergy by benefiting from *Nasty Plot but you are actually better off with it being Physical.
Think of it like 3rd Gen Dragonite / Gengar packing *Focus Punch to compliment <Bolt / Beam>. It was to eject Blissey / Snorlax from stopping your fun.
Head back to Thunder Punch for Electivire, with all those physical moves.
Again what is it to counter?
Answer: Skarmory
~Hey would you look at that. He has a higher Defense than Special Defense. Maybe we should attack that lower defensive stat. Do ya think?~

Can't argue there. Although i'd keep Infernape and lose Ryperior as Gliscor is a Physical Wall.
Gliscor is one of my favorite new additions to my team although i use *Ice Fang to help his Physical Sweeper Counter ability.
