Then do it again a million times.
The rules clearly state that you have to give a rating of the above poster's Signature, aswell as a short sentence about why you gave that rating.
They also state that if you already have rated someone's Signature, you are not supposed to go around and continously say "I have already rated it. xx/xx".
Instead, you are supposed to wait until someone else posted if you have nothing else to say than that.
Since you obviously have never payed attention to the rules thread (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=36077), I will quote these parts to you.

Rating Games

However, the glow-text is a bit hard to read on some layouts.
