i try going store after store to find Ether but i cant find any...
what town sell them? or they do not sell at all ...

You can find free Ethers in Eterna Forest, Route 215, Route 220, Stark Mountain, or Pickup. You can also use the Dowsing Machine Pokéch app to look for one, although it's uncertain exactly where that's most likely to happen.
As far as I'm concerned, I haven't found any Ethers in any Pokémart until now.

OOO they said i needed a coin case... where can i find one of those?

You'll be able to find the Coin Case at the house that's left to the Game Corner.
