Is it true that Sandstorms power up Rock types defenses x1.5? Ive heard about it but idk it it was true.

Well I'm not sure if it's rock or ground(I'm pretty sure it's rock), but its just like rain. It does raise he attack power of it, yes. I wish there was something like that for all types though...

There was a thread on this about 3 weeks ago, and what happens is that Sandstorm raises the Special defence of all Rock type by 1.5x

He's still weak with both Dark and Rock to Fighting, a type where a majority of the moves are physical and involve the regular Defense stat, and he'd take 4x damage. It's a shame it's not both stats, because I personally love Tyranitar's stats and moveset, but a Mach Punch to the face can hurt him pretty badly.
