Where to catch certain pokemon!?

Where do I find tropius and Chinchou? I tried looking on serebii.net but for some reason like 8/10 times it says page cannot be displayed on that site. So...anyone know where to catch these? Great help if you do. Thanks

If I'm not mistaken, you can only get those from Pal Park, aka from previous games.

Do you have any idea which section Tropius is in? I did the thing like four times...

Might be best to use the Scopes on the top floor to look at where the pokemon are.
