PARAN01AYou mean Harbor Inn, you cant open it you need to do the Dakrai event.

He might mean the sailors house, I believe it was locked before the national dex too... in which it opens, talk to the people inside (after you get national dex), they'll mention they need a feather... Talk to tthe sailor, he'll bring you to full moon island, where you meet cresselia, talk to it, it will flee and drop the feather, go back and give the feather to the boy in the bed, and you can then track cresselia on the poketch.

What he's saying is the samething thats happening to me. What you said Myzou is helpful but we need to know how to open the door...or when does he open the door. I already have the National Dex and beat the E4.

The house above the sailors should be open... Or do you not have the marking map poketch application? Go back to the Poketch company in jubilife and get all the applications they offer... If it's still not open, then you're thinking of the Inn, which doesn't open, possibly will after Darkrai though...

Ohi see what you mean the bottom boat guy that takes you to iron island takes you to see cressilia i think we're both talking about the darkrai event guy.
