Mid 60s but i'd only battle with a level 50 or 100 cap to make it fair.

Is it like in the Battle Tower were it decreases your level to 50 or do you just have to have pokemon that are level 50?

Is the battle area worldwide?
If so ill battle you, i only have 4 badges by the cap should help. Just tell what to do.
