Red/Orange dots moving on my town map??? what the heck is up with that?

It's actually in the FAQ, but it just shows you the last few places you've been. It does look like it's stalking you, doesn't it? xD

itis said in the faq but just for note it shows where you were last walking

I believe the orange dots mean the travel routes that you have been to. If you go to one route to another and fly to a city, the dots will also show that to remind you of your travel routes.

Yet another pointless feature... would have made sense to allow you to Fly BACK to those locations with the dots. Don'tcha think?

As for pointless features, this certainly is not one. If you don't play your game for a while, it does help to know where you might have been last and should probably backtrack.
