Jhoto region in emerald

Now I have heard that in the altering cave after you complete the Hoen dex and win at the battle frontier the cave alters to a bigger size and there is apost to be a ladder you go down and you would have a long trip underground and at the end you will be in Jhoto. Now this is only something I heard because someone had did it the map in Jhoto is just like gold and silver.

That is fake. First off the Altering Cave isn't even in Emerald. Second, Johto isn't in ANY of the GBA or DS games.
