Can someone tell me what is Moss or Ice Rock?
or Where it might be?

The moss rock is in the forest. I think it's the one that you accompany that girl with a Chansey through.
I have no idea where the ice rock is. Sorry.

Moss/Ice rock are boulders surrounded by a small patch of grass. Moss rock is in one of the corners of Eterna Forest while Ice rock in in the blizzard-strucken area.

Ice rock is in the route that goes to Snowpoint city.

Im not very far but, i did see moss rock in the above stated forest (i think) and i think Ice rock is somewhere in snow point city (havent got there yet).

...This has been said about three times already, but Moss Rock is in the corner of Eterna Forest. You pass right by it when you enter the Forest for the first time. As for Ice Rock, it's in the snowstorm area just south of Snowpoint. It's kind of out of the way, though: it's hidden to the right of the Snowpoint-side entrance.
......Isn't this information in the FAQ?
