Sorry if this is somewhere else, but where are they all? Some can't be in the story line, because i don't have all iof them lol.

Did you find the ones in Sunyshore City with the man who wants to see Pokemon in return?
In houses spread around Sinnoh will have people giving out apps.

Also, once you've beaten the game, show a girl in the Pal Park a Snorlax and Kecleon for 2 more.
