I need the power items that raise EVs, Celebi, Latios, Arseus, Darkrai, Shaymin, Vitamins GALLORE, Elekid w/ ice punch and cross chop (male).
Shinies needed:
Riolu, Sneasel, Cresselia, Chimchar.
I can check lists too.

I've got any pokemon that isn't legendary or shiny.

As for shinies though, I have:
