Title says it all. However the Lucario doesn't have to be EV trained, just a pretty high level and have a decent moveset.
Shaymin must be AT LEAST semi-legit (by that, I mean only the event item can be hacked, not the pokemon itself). Preferably untouched.
Post what you want for them and I'll see what I can rustle up.
