Will Pokemon Battle Revolution send over data, Pokemon, and their held items to the DS Pokemon games and vice versa through download play, or Wi-fi?

Cause I'm really curious how the connectivity will work.

It should work similar to how transferring Pokemon to XD & Colosseum worked, just without the cables. Does that help?

Yeah. You can also have some prizes (like rare items or the Volt Tackle+Surf Pikachu) sent to your D/P. Don't know about Wi-Fi, though.
