I'm not sure how it is in the American version, but according to Japanese ROM hackers, there is nothing behind the door.
When I mean nothing, I mean no connection to any room at all.

Still, there could be added features in the US version...

yea there is nothing. My friend used a cheat to go through there and he said there is nothing there. I think thats designed for someone that is carious and they will do anything to go through there and they will find out its nothing

i tried using the walk through walls cheat on my action replay (that was the only time i used it for diamond) there is nothing

^ Yeah, it might've be for an event sorta like the blocked room in FR/LG and you needed the E-Reader I think. But nah, there's nothing behind the doors if you hack to walk through walls.
