No, but I can evolve you a female Feebas, modest with pokerus(with mirror coat of course).

I have a female milotic that knows splash, ice beam, mirror coat, and surf. I can also infect it with pokerus if you want.
I also have males ones that are calm nature(with the same moves)

It is level 5. Do you only want a female one? I have male feebases that are calm.
