D/P IV Ability Checker?

I asked this question in a different thread, but since a highly intelligent person closed it, I need to ask it here.

In Emerald, there was a guy at the Battle Frontier who would tell you the highest IV stat of your Pokemon, along with it's ability (ie, "Wonderfully outstanding!", "Above average ability", "Quite impressive!" and so on).

I want to know if there is a similar man in Sinnoh. I usually went by that guy in Emerald before I even began checking IVs through a calculator, so without him my efforts may be strenuous.

So... is there?

I don't think so...but, on the other hand, we also have the ability to do LV 100 battles, which makes IV checking easy...

Oh, of course... if you have two DS systems. It's a bit boring to ask here if someone wants to do an IV battle. And it also requires you to save, where you could just save/reset if the hatched Pokemon didn't have good IVs. I guess it's a give and take thing, but oh well. I'll have to find my sister's DS so I can do IV battles personally.
