how can i post my trainer card in my signiture? and when i tried it said something about it being to large! help me!!!

Now, Pokemon General isn't the place for this. You should've gone to Community Questions and Feedback. ^_^; I'll answer and close this, since I think I can answer well enough.

I bet you tried uploading it on our server, didn't you? It'd be the option under the "Save Signature" button. But yeah, your best bet is to get your own image host. Imageshack (http://www.imageshack.us) is a nice option if you just want to upload something quick without registering.
