Cant use Stat enahancers

Im tryna use Calcium and all that on My Charizard, but it wont let me...it says it wont have any effect, but he isnt lkvl 100, he is lvl60,all of his stats are well above 100. could that be the problem? that the stats are over 100?

If you've leveled up Charizard by battling and such, then you won't be able to use vitamins as you've probably already maxed your EVs in that stat.

but yea... you maxed out the evs... but you could use berries and erase some evs on certain stats and then use the vitamins on the stats you want 2 grow

Okay, contradiction much? You call him an idiot, then go on to say that what he was saying was correct. That was uncalled for. After KOing 510 enemy Pokémon, your Pokémon is almost ASSURED to have its EVs maxed out, and if this person didn't know about EVs than this is probably what happened.

To answer the first question in more detail, your Charizard won't take a vitamin if either (A) its total EVs are maxed or (B) its Special Attack (or whichever stat you wish to raise) EV is at or beyond 100. EVs are hidden so you need to count them. They are not the same things as stats.

For some stats,

You can only use 10 Vitamins for each so thats only like 100 EVs

Or you probably used all the EVs already

Legacy, just ignore dugtrio's diglet, he's not worth the effort.

Anyways, plant the hell out of those "happiness berries" (Pomeg, Ganlon, etc) that drop each stat by 10 EVs. Repeat until it says that each stat can't go any lower, then use the vitamins.
