in victory road at the end there is a liddle opening that was once blocked by a guy that was there the first time you made an attempt to get to them..go through there and follow through to get to route 224

You have to go through Victory Road to get there, you have to go where the fat man blocked you off before you defeated the E4 and you have make your way through the fog.
Then you're there, but there's high level Pokemon, so bring high level Pokemon (60+).
