PKRS is a Virus that can spread throughout your PKMN
I think it doubles Ev points to make EV training a little bit more easier

Yeah its good :)
It might mess you up if you suddenly catch it during Ev training and you werent aware of it
that would be really bad

That is, unless you are maxing out two stats, it would make it much better and faster. :D
