Anyone the different between them so we can check whether sold is original and not? And what is the effect in the game itself when playing a non original cartridge? Can it still accessed pal park/gts?

How about if non original cartridge is the gba pak? can an original D/P accessed pal park with non original gba game pak?

The only thing you'll notice between a Diamond and Pearl game card is the game card itself. Between counterfeit copies and legitimate copies, unless the save RAM in the card isn't the right type, there should be no issues in playing. The exact same code should be running, so all functions will work (some functions like saving or bag scrolling may change in speed). (Or, the code may have been modified at some points. With counterfeit copies, you can never really tell. If the code isn't modified and has just been put on a blank card, it'll work like a normal copy.)

Counterfeit Game Boy Advance Game Paks may not work, however.

I am assuming you are looking at a Supercard or an m4 card. They work, and you are able to access GTS. on any games. The supercard supports slot 2 access however, the game has to be auto boot into the game it wants. So if you have mutliable games on it it will not work for pal park.

autoboot? How do you do that? I just want to know of the posibility of pal park if one of the cart (either the gba or nds) is unoriginal (or even both)
