I'll move this to the right place since it doesn't directly concern trades. And since I've moved this to a forum where character-limit bypassing isn't allowed, I'm gonna have to ask you not to spam that way again. I know you're able to write a little more than that.

Thank-you~

It's possible, but very risky. People have been kicked off Nintendo WFC for doing it.

To do it:
1. Go to the GTS
2. Offer any pokemon for trade, and note how many times the clock goes around before the pokemon goes into the pokeball and is put up
3. Take that pokemon back
4. Offer the pokemon you want to clone, for anything
5. exactly 1 turn before the pokemon is put up (within a quarter turn) turn off the DS
6. There will be one in the box that it was in before you put it up for trade (or your party, if that's where it was) and one on the GTS

Who has because i have never heard about that and i clone all the time its not risky they can't even tell because it happens through shutting power off and that can well happen at any time so they can't actually kick someone off for simply turning the power off.

Yes but is not completly true you want to be close to the router and you want to look at the light on it labeled wireless or WLAN when you hit yes to confirm it blinks you then wtch for about 15 seconds when it will blink again and you turn it off during that blinking phase.
It is easier and improves your success rate tremendously.

there is no risk of anything being deleted it is safe its just tricking the GTS that you put the pokemon up but you didn't

It won't ever delete your file since your game will back up the previous save. The worst possible thing that could happen is to lose your pokemon to someone else on the GTS but there are many ways to overcome this.
I have a wireless router so that's why I'm such a cloning beast. If you have that Nintendo adapter or something else, you'll just have to keep guessing and get lucky. ;P
