Stupid Question

To tell if Cresselia is shiny or not, do you have to check it's picture at Fullmoon Island, or do you have to wait until you meet it in battle?

first you need the PIC so you can be able to catch it

then

you battle it and see if its shiny

To soft reset for her as a shiny, save before seeing her on the island. (As soon as you see her pic, she is set.) Then scare her away, find her in the grass, and if she isn't shiny then reset. I did this for a shiny one but I just kept one after 30 tries that had max IVs in Special Defense. -.- So I made my friend get a shiny one. Good luck to you though, she's very pretty and valuable so I wouldn't trade her away.

We said like the same thing sorta... o.o Save. See pic. Look around for her and if not shiny, reset and see pic again...That's what I did.

Do you know if it's going to work if you already saw her pic, save, and see if it's shiny?

it won't work... that sux 4 u... no matter how many times u catch... it will hav the same stats n nature now that u saved after the pic... n it WONT be shiny
