How can I get Surfing Pikachu on D/P?

You can get one in two ways I believe.
1. From PBR as a prize (as mentioned above)
2. Getting one from one of the Japan Nintendo Events. And which you can trade from people through Wi-fi.

If it's Modest or Timid nature when I get it, I might actually EV train that thing up and make it useful, lol. No Volt Tackle, though, Pikachu's attack stats are horrible; that's why they gave it the Light Ball to double its abysmal Special Attack.

There's probably going to be no way to get one legitimately in D/P. There aren't any workarounds to teach Surf to a Pikachu in D/P and you can't Pal Park any Pokemon that have any HMs.

well you could delete surf trade it to D/P and use a heart scale!

^As far as I'm concerned the Move Tutor doesn't teach HMs, so Pal Parking a surfing one wouldn't be of any help. In fact, it would make the situation worse since it'll completely lose Surf forever.

And yeah, there's no possible way of getting it in D/P, which hereby dubs this thread pointless. Thank-you~
