How to sync Ds and Wii?

When I get to sync my DS to the Wii, where do I go so that the Wii recognizes it? If i didn't make sense(lol) my bad.

How about sync with a GBA? Did they render that useless?

well for GBA I think you have to transfer it to your DS via Pal Park
