NEW RULE BY REQUEST

When you comment on a sprite, don't just say "that's good", "I like it" or "that's bad" or something. Make a substantial post. Describe what's good about it, what's bad, or stuff like that. If you just say "that's great" it's counted as spam.

Wow, just one day and already another rule! Well, this is another rule by request.

BE PATIENT. When you request a sprite, and the person says they'll do it, they'll do it. There is no need for you to push them. Everyone has stuff to do in real life as well, and they might have a really long list of requests. They'll get round to yours in their own time, remember they are giving up their time to do it for you so you should be patient in your turn.
