Okay so I got Budew as my only pokemon and wanted to know how I can raise its happiness any ideas? Ty =D

Steps are the main thing that raises happiness. Walk around a lot and let it hold Soothe Bell, that'll increase it's happiness even more while you're walking around.

Another option is the EV stat reducing berries. They also increase happiness.

Where can I get these berries I'm I have only beaten the first gym leader =\ and also where is Soothe Bell?

you can give them massages at some place
that increases their happiness

Umm... they're scattered through Shinnoh, and the Berry Master gives you some too I think.

You find the Soothe Bell in the Pokemon Mansion.

It is south of Hearthome City, you can't miss it, it's just to the right after you go through the south exit.
