Most people use Explosion on Metagross to kill the last pokemon he fights.
Here are EV's
Milotic
- (for Special Wall) Sp.Def-252, HP-252, Def-6
- (for Sp.Attack/Wall) Sp.Attack-252, SpDef-252, HP-6
Electivire
-Attack-252, Speed-252, HP-6
Metagross
-Attack-252, Speed-6, HP-252 (my preference)
Sceptile
-Sp.Attack-252, Speed-252, HP-6
Charizard
-Attack-252, Speed-252, HP-6 (it seems like your going for a physical Charizard)
Spiritomb
-(these are so varied, you have to tell what kind of Spiritomb it is)

I was thinking about magnet rise for metagross final move didnt really think about explosion.
As for spiritomb im still not sure what I want him to be.

Um. Psychic on an Adamant Metagross? And Earthquake on a Modest Sceptile? I agree with the Explosion thing. Also, you could use Leaf Blade on Sceptile.

rock slide over thunder punch and zen headbutt for metagross. Aerial Ace over wing attack for charizard, energy ball over leaf storm, and focus blast for sceptile. dark pulse on spiritomb

Milotic @ leftovers -- 148 HP, 104 Defense, 16 Speed, 184 Sp. Attack, 56 Sp. Defense
Bold Nature
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Recover
-Hypnosis
Electivire @ leftovers -- 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Adamant Nature
-Thunder Punch
-Ice Punch
-Cross Chop
-Earthquake
Metagross @ Choice Band (if Explosion)/Leftovers (if Agility)-- 252 Attack, 104 Speed, 154 HP (If Leftovers)/252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP (If Choice Band)
Adamant Nature
-Thunder Punch
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-[b]Explosion/Agility
Sceptile @ leftovers -- 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 6 HP
Naive Nature
-Leaf Blade
-Substitute
-Crunch
-Leech Seed
Leech Seed + Leftovers = practically free substitute.
Charizard @ leftovers -- 252 Sp. attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Modest Nature
-Flamethrower/Heat Wave
-Focus Blast
-Dragon Pulse
-Air Slash
Why have an Adamant Charizard when his Special Attack moves are much better and his Special Attack stat is much higher than Attack.
Spiritomb @ Leftovers -- 252 Defense, 252 Sp. Defense, 6 HP
Sassy Nature
-Pain Split
-Will O Wisp
-Shadow Ball
-Hypnosis
Hypnosis for the Special Attackers and Will-O-Wisp for the Physical Attackers
So far thats my team and I need help if these are the correct movesets and if those are the right items.
Just my opinion, hopefully they work, but it seems good. If anyone wants to correct feel free to do so.

Lemonade, with all these Life Orbs and whatnot flying around Milotic isn't going to last with that spread. 252 HP/252 Def/4 SAtk or 252 HP/56 SAtk/196 Def is the way to go for Milo. And I seriously loled at that Sceptile set you suggested.
Sceptile @ Leftovers
Timid nature
EVs: 252 SAtk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
- Energy Ball
- Dragon Pulse
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
is much better. A physical Sceptile is novelty at best.
Also, Charizard works completely fine as a physical attacker even though its Sp.Attack is higher. However, Charizard doesn't have the time to buff itself up with Dragon Dance so Swords Dance or Sub + Belly Drum + Salac Berry is what a physical Zard should have.
Oh, and Electivire wants Life Orb, Choice Band or even Expert Belt.

Well thank you all for your input im probably going to go with the set that smarties said for sceptile and ill probably also end up with the 252 HP/56 SAtk/196 Def that you said for milotic.
As for charizard i still havent leveled him up alot so I can start him over and breed swords dance into him. As for metagross im gonna go with what vainz recommended.
And ill probably go with the set that lemonade gave for tomby and electivire.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EDIT:Ive been thinking what if I use a modest charizard instead of adamant since I already have a physical pokemon in electivire maybe i should use charizard as my special attacker what do you guys think?

What's there to laugh about. That Sceptile that I mentioned easily took down a level 50 Charizard in Battle Frontier on my Emerald game. Sure it took some time, but it worked. I was even doing a battle yesterday (Yes, I lost but that's not the point ) and that Sceptile took out two Pokes before dying. It works, if you tried it I don't think you would LOL...

charizard is pretty neat as a special attacker, though he needs choice scarf to pull it off.

First of all, beating an AI Pokémon with that set doesn't prove anything and second, Leaf Blade and Crunch are now physical, meaning Sceptile can't do much damage with those. That set would have been fine for the Advance Games, but not for P/D.

Charizard @ Choice Specs/Life Orb
-roost/Focus Blast
-flamethrower
-air slash/Focus Blast
-focus blast/crunchDragon Pulse
Nothing resists a Fire/Dragon combo apart from Heatran and that's where Focus Blast comes in. If you really want Roost (which I think Charizard is a bit fragile for.) then use Life Orb instead of Choice Specs. This set, however, is purely theoretical and I have no idea if it works.
