i trade with my friend with the right items on but they still wont evolve

That is because they are not trade evolution pokemon you level them up with the items attached and they evolve

realy? that explanes alot i traded like a 100 times with my friend trien to evolve my gilger but no use

Gligar has to hold a razor fang while leveling up at night.
Sneasel has to hold a razor claw while leveling up at night too.

Also, Sneasel only evolves at a certain time. 2pm-8pm or something like that.. too lazy to look.
