looks like you need a special sweeper. starmie, gengar, or alakazam would work nicely.

But Skarm makes a great defensive wall and can be used as a spiker/psuedohazer... there is no need to switch it just because it can't evolve

aerodactyl would be aa good physical sweeper but since you already have skarmory who compliments blissey and can spike and phaze you might want to try something like tauros or salamence, maybe even breelom to take out some pesky bisseys.

Skarmory always always always needs max HP. Wobbuffett is banned in competitive play.
