Old Chateau... Haunter and Gengar?

Alrighty, well Serebii says that Haunter are commonly found in the Old Chateau with RSE/FRLG inserted. Well I have mine inserted and there's no Haunter. It also says that I can find Gengar in the Eye Room. I'm there too, and no Gengar just a bunch of level 10-15 Ghastlys. Is there anything I'm supposed to do for them to show up?

Yeah, they're not extremely common, but they show up every once in a while. And Gengars take quite a while to find in the Eye Room.
