Has anybody noticed the item near Eterna City Gym? There is an item there that is stuck between trees and I can't use anything on it.

That's because you need to around the back of the gym. It's on the left side. There should be an opening in the trees. :P

Thanks! Now where do I find TM46? I'm having a hard time finding it too.

Well, you're going to need cut and the Eterna Gym Badge. Cut down the trees as if you are going into Galactic's Building there. Next, near the northeast of the outside of their building their should be another tree. Cut it down and go threw the narrow path. At the end, an item ball with TM 46, thief.
