how do you spread pokerus? i have a few pokemon with it, and i'd like to know how to spread it to others

so you go into an in-game battle w/ the pokerus pokemon and during the battle it spreads it to your others?

Just as long as you have the infected Pokemon with you and the Pokemon you want to effect.
