Where do you find the Dubios Disk? I've tried using the Item Finder next to Eterna City, and I couldn't find it.

Uh, you can find Dubious Disc on the overworld map on Route 225. It's near the resort area.

Is it a pokeball-type item, or do you have to use the Item Finder?

It's a Pokeball-type item. You'll see it in the grass near a semi-bald man.
