Can someone please explaim to me whether it is more beneficial to have a Modest or timid nature for a special sweeper and a adamant or jolly nature for a physical sweeeper, andgive me some exaples. I would really appreciate it.

Modest for more special attack power, Timid for more speed.
Adamant for more physical attack power, Jolly for more speed.

If you wanted a good Sp. Attack Alakazam give him Modest, if you wanted him to be faster to take out other special sweepers such as Gengar, then Timid.

As goes for physical sweepers, like Aerodactyl.
