Routes 205-North, 208, 210-North, 212-South, 227 & 228, Deserted Escape Path, Eterna City, Celestic Town, Oreburgh Gate, Safari Game, Mt. Coronet (Fish w/ Good Rod)
There's where you find Barboach. Just fish anywhere listed here with the Good Rod.
