I looked at the 'read first!' thread and apparently you guys are under the assumption that you have to have beat the elite four. You don't.
right after catching Dialga I flew right to celestic town and she showed me the Palkia picture. I've only done this once, as this is my first play through, but it worked. If you want I can take pictures of my game or a short video to prove it.
No seriously, you don't have to beat the elite 4 first.
I guess nobody cares, lol. I think this is important news and you guys are misleading noobies.
