The way to usually go about it is to go to this thread (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=81550) and ask for a name change. However, this option only works if you've been a member for at least four months.
If you're not eligible for getting your name changed there, you're still about to sign up for another account with the name you do want.
