Helloo ^-^ I have to come check out this club because I have Treecko
as starter. Well, I've really enjoyed having treecko/grovyle/skeptile in the game. I had Mudkip in my previous game, but I actually think I prefer Treecko :3

Yeah, Treecko's a pretty great starter.
I have one in my Emerald version, and I'm traning it so I can trade it to Sinnoh, and raise it into a Sceptile.

Yes, I have Pokemon Diamond, (pre-ordered it.)
Of course you can catch Hoenn pokemon in the game, as well as Kanto, and Johto ones.
You can also trade pokemon from your GBA games and transfer them to D/P via Pal Park.
Oh, and you can join. :)

I'd say the most touching episodes for me were: Odd pokemon out and Cutting the ties that bind. They were quite sad for me and I even cried a bit watching them.

Odd Pokemon Out is playing on YTV as I type this. It is perhaps the only pokemon episode I would record. My favorite one? I think so.

I watched that episode yesterday on AOL video, loved it.
The Meganium and Tropius from that episode should make a return.
I also like Grovyle's voice as well. it just sounds better than his other voice.

My has Bullet Seed, Leaf Blade, Quick Attack, and Agility or Solar Beam or Slam (I swap between the three). He has maxed out Coolness, a Master Cool Contest rank from Hoenn, and he won me the Hall of fame place in Hoenn. The pride of my Emerald game.

Leaf Blade

their pretty standard move pools. make sure you delete leaf blade one you transfer to sinnoh, because leaf blade is now a physical move. i got rid of it for energy ball. dragon breath is an egg move which i got from breeding it with a salamence.

Yes, the sizes in the games and the sizes in the anime are different.
For example: In the games, Treecko's height is 1'08", about as small as a Wrumple in the anime. In the anime however, Treecko seems to be the size of a cat, much bigger than it is in the games.
In the games, Sceptile is 5'7".
In the anime, he's 5'11", much taller than most humans, as you can see.
Ash seems to be about 5'8"-5'9", IMO. I'm not sure though.

After always picking Treecko for my starter in Emerald version, and seeing a Pokemon episode yesterday which featured Grovyle evolving into Sceptile I realized how much I loved Ash's Treecko/Grovyle/Sceptile. Mainly because he carries the little twig in his mouth. :)

I was doing that yesterday XD (NO MAKING FUN OF ME!)

I'm about to watch get the show on the road on youtube. Before summer started Pokemon episodes were at either 4:00 AM or 8:00 AM on weekdays, now it's on at 12:00 PM making it much easier to watch. :)

I can use Screen Capture to get a lot of awesome Treecko/Grovyle/Sceptile pictures, but I don't know how to upload them to Imageshack/Photobucket. It says I have to upload them from a document file, so I can't upload them from Screen Capture. I can only get some from search sites. Can anyone help me? :(

Try this. Put the pictures into paint or someother picture editting thing. Don't do anything to the picture except put "save as.." and then save the document into the "My pictures" folder. Then go to imageshack (my picture uploader of choice) and browse for the picture document and upload them. Then you'll get the picture URL and then post it here.

Ash's Sceptile returns to Petalburg woods, back to it's old Treecko group and temporaly gets released so it can protect to group after the elderly Treecko resigns.

I had 4 lizards at one time. 2 Eastern collared lizards and 2...small green lizard things. The 2 latter ones were'nt very adaptable so we returned them to the store, and the original 2 became sick because they eventually stopped eating the crickets. So we returned those two for their own good.

I also had a wild ribbon snake and a wild garter snake before the lizards. We returned those to the wild, come mating season.

Snakes shed their skin too. I guess it's cool. I've never seen one do it of course cuz they hide, but I've seen the skin. ^^ I used to ask my dad to give it to me because I was a big harry potter fan when I was little. :D:D u know they have the basilisk in the second one and slytherin has the serpent. ^o^

Well if you want the big parts of that and the follwing episode ruined for you look below.

Grovyle falls in love with a Meganium after she healed him after losing a battle with a Tropius. He then tries to win her over by battling the Tropius again. He wins but the Meganium runs off with Tropius instead. Grovyle's heart is broken and he goes through a phase where he lost all of his confidence and cannot use his attacks.

Leaf Blade is an obvious choice. Bullet Seed is quite weak, but it could still come in handy. Solarbeam is powerful but it takes a while to charge w/o Sunny Day...
I'll go with Leaf Blade.
It has fairly high PP, doesn't have to be charged up, and is quite powerful.

Hmm... Well, the font is somewhat hard to read, but I like the colours. I don't really like the grid sort of pattern going with it though, it makes everything so blurry, and hard to see. I really LOVE the colours, just it's somewhat blurry.

Yeah, I've accidently defeated some legendary Pokemon in R/S/E. Sometimes it's because I try to get their health down low, but it's a critcial hit.

Ash's Sceptile fought agianst a couple of Legendarys in the anime...

Why did you pick Treecko, Grovyle, or Sceptile as your favorite Pokemon?

I had a Treecko in my Ruby version in 2003-2004, so I thought he and his evolutions were pretty cool.

Watching the Pokemon Advanced anime further fueled my obsession over these Pokemon.
I noticed how cool and calm Ash's Treecko was, and how funny he was at some points. (like Gotta Dance.)

here comes a story:
For a long time after Gold/silver I completely forgot about pokemon. One rainy day I was bored and decided I wanted to play Pokemon Red. So I did that and slowly got back into pokemon. One day I watched an episode of Battle frontier since it was on TV. Then i saw Grovyle and initially thought "He's not that bad for a new pokemon". Then I watched a few more episodes and thought "Hey, that Grovyle is pretty cool/bad*ss, I kind of want to get Emerald for Christmas". I looked him up on wikipedia and it turned out that we had very simalar personalities and that was probably why I liked him so much. and he rose quickly in the ranks to my favorite pokemon, along with Treecko.

My Sceptile in Emerald is at a pretty high level, so he can take out a few steel Pokemon. (Sometimes It's a bit hard though)

If you're battling Steven, (Ruby or Emerald) try teaching Sceptile a powerful ground move like Earthquake.
It works quite well against most of his Pokemon, except Skarmory.

My favorite attack that treecko and evos learn is Leaf Blade, too. But it's kind of a no-brainer though. The move was pretty good in the third gen, and now its stronger in the fourth.

You're mostly right. Ash caught a rebellious Treecko that wanted to save his tree home from dying, but the other Treecko wanted to find another place to live.

I have a level 5 one in Emerald (also restarted) and a lv. 57 or something Grovyle in Diamond, not to mention a lot of Treeckos and I think one more Grovyle.

I'm guessing you bred them with a bunch o' Ditto, or you used something in Emerald called the "Copy Cheat".
