Gaaaaaah where do I get TM73

grr now I'm extremely frustrated.I want to capture uxie but it keeps breaking out.If I could paralyze it....

So thats exactly what I want.I want to know where I can get TM73(thunderwave).So if anyone knows please tell me ,it would be a great help.

Anyway do you know any other TM I can get that I can paralyze or put to sleep or something like that.

most of the TMs that induce status readily only come as Battle Tower prizes. You could catch a gastly in the Old Chateau and level it up (it learns hynosis, and mean look to stop Mesprit/Cressilia from fleeing)

yeah, mean look would probably work much better than a paralyzing attack

go into stark mountain or mt cornet at get a golbat at lvl 33 learns mean look. use a heart scale with the move tutor or lvl. This move prevents pokemon from running away and golbat is faster than cresselia, u can also breed it get hynosis. which wat i did and ended up with a crobat that pretty much does all my pokemon
