Anyone know by how much Porygon/2/Z's Download ability raises whichever stat it raises? And exactly how does it determine which stat to raise?

I don't know really, the Porygon family all learn some confusing abilities (Trace, Download) Or some not so confusing abilities (synchronize). I think what download does is apprehend what the opponents highest stat is, and gains opposite of it. Say the opponent has high attack, Porygon/Porygon-2/Porygon-Z would gain defense accordingly.

Wouldn't it depend on the opponents defense stat, since Download raises Attack/Sp.Attack?
