The sheer fact it came out of an egg should tell you it is hacked. XD Only legendary to come out of an egg is Manaphy. You can almost expect any shiny you get through the GTS to be hacked anyway, but the Dialga you have is definitely hacked.

Life lesson: Never use the GTS for anything other than collecting hard to find Pokemon like the Honey Tree Pokemon, Feebas, etc. Neeeeever expect something powerful on the GTS to be legit.

It looks hacked, but the only thing that bothers me is the PcTokyo thing, oh what was it again...ah yes, it's the pokecenter in tokyo, where they gaveaway free shiny pokemon and stuff. Err, the December thing, I think it might be just the date someone set on their DS. Meh...it might be legit.

That thing is definetly hacked. That is why for the time being legendaries cannot be traded via GTS.

Only legendary to come out of an egg is Manaphy.
I would just like to point out that Manaphy only hatch from the special event egg, if it is a normal egg it will be a Phione.

Well I did get a fake shiny Dialga and two Celebi on the GTS.

But every other shiny I received has been legitimate.

Your Dialga is obviously hacked, sadly. I've gotten a legit shiny Giratina, Dialga and Palkia off GTS. I guess I'm just lucky to have gotten legit ones.

Do you even know what a legit pokemon is? It means that it's not hacked or cheated in any way. So, if you get a legit pokemon, nothing bad will happen. Nothing bad will happen if you get an illegit pokemon either

I keep seeing posts where people are claiming that the GTS as banned legendary Pokemon. Is this because there are too many hacked ones?

Also will they allow them again soon? I think that they are probably going to make the GTS more secure.
