Where can I buy the seals for my Seal Case? I know; a total n00b question, but I'd really like to be informed.

The Market in Sunyshore sells Seals everyday. I believe the type of Seals changes each day, so frequent there if you want certain ones. The letter seals you'll need to do the Unown hunting for though.
