Where can I find the hidden move waterfall?

top of sunnyshore city, a gym leader from johto is there and shes holding a give away. "FREE HM'S FOR ALL!!"

In order to get it though you have to beat Volkner and get the 8th badge. She was the 4th or 5th Johto gym leader named Jasmine and used Steel types.

Actually she was the sixth. xP She's waiting on Route 22...3? Or 222, I'm not sure.

ah yes, i forgot to mention the catch!! Volkner, and his massively over the top gym.
Jasmine annoys me, why doesnt she battle? and whats going on with those poor poor johto trainers who can no longer get her badge to enter the elite four.

I think a flood wiped out the residents of Johto.

Oh yeah, because Morty was 4th, so... Isn't she the 5th/6th gym? Because you could choose to beat her or the fighting gym first?

You could choose but because you were already in Cianwood when it came time to fight Chuck, most people consider him the fifth. Actually, I think even Price can be fought before Chuck and Jasmine, though I don't recommend that.
