First off, unless you had a EV trained Jolteon in speed, which I doubt, my Garchomp would be faster. Second of all, my Metagross never outran your Jolteon.

Why wouldn't he have EV trained Jolteon in speed? If I were to use a Jolteon, I'd EV train in speed.

I've only been battling online for less than a month, but all of my Pokémon were EV trained when I had my first online battle.

Just because someone is new to online gaming, doesn't mean they don't know how to EV train, or even how to spot a hacked Pokémon.

Well most people do not find out about EV training on their own, most people learn from a website, and unlike you, this member is new to PC, making it less likely that have EV trained their pokemon.

EDIT - And I have battled many people with that Garchomp and Metagross, including your friend Richard Steel, who easily defeated them both.
