What is the inportance off that huge rock behind the pokemon league I just think the game makers would put it there for some importance?

On Route 224? That would be the way to Flower Paradise, where you would obtain Shaymin.

Oh and you need the oaks parcel to go to flower paradise right well thanks I was curious about it but does anyone know when the events come to america I know it has only been in Japan so far right?

Nope, not even in Japan actually. The only event pokemon that has been released in Japan is the movie Darkai.

How do you get onto route 224 anyway?
Through the eastern exit of Victory Road. I think you team up with the goth girl trainer on the way.
And it's Oak's Letter, not Oak's Parcel. That's from RBY/FRLG.
